RACIOL RAPESEED OIL
Excellent nutritional properties of the RACIOL Rapeseed Oil result from the high content of mono-unsaturated fatty acids (60%).
RACIOL Rapeseed Oil also contains valuable omega-3 and omega-6 fatty acids. Rapeseed oil contains as much as 10% of α-linolenic acid, like no other of the common oils.
Use:
In terms of use, RACIOL Rapeseed Oil is excellent for short- and long-term heat treatment of dishes such as cooking, baking and deep-frying.

RACIOL SUNFLOWER OIL
This oil is made of sunflower seeds and is the most used one in Slovak and Czech households.
RACIOL Sunflower Oil contains natural E vitamin, known for its positive health benefits, working in the human body as a natural antioxidant.
Use:
In households, RACIOL Sunflower Oil is mostly used for everyday cooking or baking. When cooking, we recommend not exceeding the temperature of 180°C.
